For the past fifteen years, the Lucky Spot Barbershop’s Back-to-School Weekend has been a cornerstone of my community. I’ve experienced this event from both sides — first as a young patron receiving a fresh cut before the school year, and now as a photographer entrusted to document it. Each year, I’ve had the privilege of capturing the energy, care, and tradition that make this gathering so impactful, honoring a legacy of service and connection that continues to shape our community.
